A passion for mixology

Melbourne born Chris Sheldon started his career in the bar industry at the tender age of fifteen collecting glasses at the renowned Hellfire club. Quickly picking up the tricks of the trade he was headhunted to the Queensberry Hotel where he became the general manager and also a share holder, wanting to develop his skills further he was inspired to head to London where bartending is an art form and one of the leading cities in the bar business.
